At our offices, we maintain the same professional approach to the practice of law that attorney Nelson's father took when he first opened his law practice over 75 years ago. We continue to run our practice out of the same location that attorney Nelson's father moved into over 50 years ago.
Attorney Nelson brings substantial knowledge to his clients, having obtained his undergraduate degree in business, with an emphasis on accounting. He draws on his extensive knowledge of financial issues when advising estate planning and business clients, including estate tax issues and asset protection. After graduating from college, he worked as a clerk in his father's law office before and while attending law school.
Attorney Nelson also manages a medium-sized foundation, so he understands the benefits of charitable giving and how to incorporate charitable gifts into your estate planning.
